  2. To Guide On The Project Papers And Prepare The Due Diligence Of The Project For The Handover Of The Society. To Guide On Keeping All Records Of The Society Which Is Required To Be Maintained By The Society.
  3. To Guide On The Draft The Memorandum Of Handover Of The Society For Getting The Handover From Builder/Promoter/Developer To The Managing Committee (Provisional). To Guide On The Managing Committee For Conducting The Special / Annual General Body Meeting And Monthly Managing Committee Meetings. To Guide The Society For Arranging The Meetings And Elections.
  4. Appear Before Co-Operative Court, Civil Court, Any Other Tribunal Which Deals With The Matters Relating To Co-Operative SOCIETY On Behalf Of Society, Filling Written Statement, And All Other Legal Works In That Regard Also Includes Bail Of Society Members If The Act Committed In The Office Bearer Capacity.
  5. Filling Legal Suit For The Recovery Of Arrears Of Maintenance Bills To Defaulter Member Of Society.
  6. Represent The Society Before The Registrar Of The Co-Operative SOCIETY For Any Legal Matter Or Submission Of Any Form Or Resolve Objection If Arose Regarding Legality Of Any Bye-Laws Or Rules Passed By Society. Ascertain Scope Of Jurisdiction Of The Society In Respect Of Rule And By Laws.
  7. To Guide On Maintenance Of The Statutory Records Of SOCIETY.
  8. To Draft The Notice Of The Special / Annual General Body Meeting And Monthly Managing Committee Meetings. To Be Remain Present For The Special General Body Meeting. To Draft The Resolutions Of The Special / Annual General Body Meeting And Monthly Managing Committee Meetings. To Guide On Getting Approval For Minutes Of Special / Annual General Body Meeting.
  9. To Guide & To Scrutinize If Required :- All Resale Cases, Transfer Cases And To Advise And Draft No Objection Certificates For The Resale And Transfer Cases.To Guide On Maintaining The Statutory Documentation Of The Society. To Guide, To Advise, Draft And Regulate The Policy For Issuance Of The Share Certificate. To Guide On The Record Pertaining To The Share Certificate.To Guide The Society Before The Registrar Of The Co-Operative Societies.
  10. To Guide On Legal Services For All Types Of The Legal Cases From And On Behalf The Society Which Includes Cases Between Members, Outsiders And Builder / Promoter.

  1. To Visit On Behalf Of The Society As & When Required Anywhere. (SEPARATE VISITING CHARGES TO BE PAID).
  • I Shall Visit The Society As & When Required, And Additional Visit For Any Meetings. (SEPARATE VISITING CHARGES TO BE PAID).
  • For The Handover Purpose If Any, I Shall Be There, Whenever The Meetings Are Scheduled Regarding Handover Between Builder/Promoter/Developer And Managing Committee Of The Society. (SEPARATE VISITING CHARGES TO BE PAID)
  • For Conveyance Deed Between Promoter And Society. (SEPARATE CHARGES TO BE PAID)

SEPARATE FEES :- LEGAL RECOVERY CASE  ( BEFORE DEPUTY REGISTRAR / DDR / JDR.) / APPEAL  CASES :

  • Per Recovery Case – ( WILL BE CHARGED AS PER STANDARDS ).
  • Fess For Any Appeal Before The Competent Authority Will Be First Discussed With Society And Charged Very Reasonably.

SEPARATE FEES :- ANY OTHER LITIGATION / CASES :–  SHALL DEPEND AS PER CASE

  • Property Title Certificate / Verification / Opinion Report / Due Diligence – Search Report / Court Search /  R.O.C. / Company Search / Partnership  Search. / Legal Scrutiny Report Of Land / Flat / Other Premises. / Issuance Of Public Notice / Invite Objections For Public Notice / Reply To Objections For Public Notice / No Claim Report For Public Notice. Meetings, Counseling For  Property. Proper Documentation Drafting Of Various Agreements / And Registration. / Land Consultation ( District & Outskirts ) / Scrutiny Of Land Documents.
